As a relative newbie to the craft fair world, I have been trying to take it slow. I’m doing them when I can, here and there. My self-set limit on what I’ll pay in vendor fees excludes me from a lot of events, my schedule a few more.
But, what’s life without a little risk?
My special kind of crazy led me to throw my hat in the ring for my first multi-day event. The big leagues. (For me, at least.) From 10-2 to 10-4, you will find me set up at the park for the Bloomfield Apple Festival. Alongside the food trucks, carnival rides, and church chicken and noodles will be crafty vendors such as myself. Now, if we could just get a rain-free weekend for it!
I’m already formulating ideas of apple-themed goodies to make. (Stay tuned for pictures!) This is sure to be quite the undertaking, and while it comes with its own share of stress, I can’t wait.
If you need me in September, no you don’t. 😉
